Lauren Velez - Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Hi, my name is Gabby Harms, Lauren Velez's sister. In late April, Lauren had a CAT scan because of swollen lymph nodes in her neck, which indicated a possible case of lymphoma, catching us all off guard. She made an appointment with an oncologist and found out through a lymph node biopsy that she has Hodgkins Lymphoma. She will start chemotherapy in late May. There are several appointments and doctor visits that she has been to and will continue to be attending over the summer to treat her cancer. Because of treatment, appointments, and doctor visits, she needs to take time off from work. She's hoping to either find a remote job or continue to work on her good days.
