Lauren Roop

Lauren is a friend and colleague of mine. Lauren is our Lead DA at Monokian Dentistry. Not only does Lauren strive in the workplace, she also has a full time job as a mom. Along with all her accomplishments, Lauren has been dealt with some unfortunate health issues that no one is ever prepared for.

 

In June 2019 Lauren was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer and went through all the surgeries, mastectomy, and chemo radiation. Sadly, a year later the cancer returned as Stage 4 breast cancer that metastasized to her thoracic cavity. This led to more surgeries and versions of treatments that she is currently undergoing. Lauren deserves for people to give back to her like she does for everyone else everyday. She comes to work after her treatments with a smile on her face and took on a leadership role while going through these extensive treatments and continues to always put others first. Lauren is a young single mom to a beautiful girl Releena. I am setting this up to take some burden off this strong and amazing coworker who continues to strive her hardest everyday in our office to continue working with patients. Any donation is helpful.
