I am Lauren's cousin (and Lyla's Godfather), and we are all so moved by the generosity and love. Thank you. The love we cherished with Lauren can never be diminished or overshadowed, and now our family looks to honor the fierce love that Lo brought to all aspects of her life. We continue to look for the bright moments as they come day by day. Thankfully, the brightest light within the family, Lyla Jean, is safely immersed in love. The support from our family, extended family, and community will continue to be a necessity as we embark on our long healing process, and look to continue supporting Lyla.
