Hi everyone,

At the end of May, our mom was diagnosed with stage 4 adenocarcinoma with mets to her brain. If you know her, you know she is the most selfless, hardworking woman who is extremely passionate about doing good in the world. As scary as this situation is, she has been extremely positive about the whole thing (I'm sure this doesn't come as a surprise to most of you), and we know she is going to kick cancer's ass.

She is in the process of receiving chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment to shrink the mass in her lung before having surgery in the fall. Her oncologist is located in Denver, three hours away from us, so we are asking for funds to help with travel costs, hotel costs, food costs, and of course, co-insurance and uncovered treatment costs. The last thing we want is for our mom to be stressed out about money while going through this difficult time. Thank you in advance, we appreciate all of the support we have already received.
