Lauren has been diagnosed with stage 2 invasive breast cancer. Due to the aggressiveness of her cancer, treatment will begin with 4 months of intensive chemotherapy. She will also need surgery and radiation. Paula and I know illness comes with so many challenges. We also know that nothing happens without money, grants and financial assistance. Lauren is a very independent, strong and smart young woman. Young, not even old enough for a routine mammogram. Please help our courageous daughter. The estimate for Lauren’s port to receive the chemo - after insurance - is $5,838. Any donation will help her so much. We are grateful. Your gifts will be used for her insurance deductibles, medicines, food, and housing expenses. This is a shock and we really don’t know what she will need or for how long.
