Lauren and Steve - Mount Washington Fire

Hello All,

We are raising funds to support Lauren and Steve, a couple from New Hampshire who lost their vehicle and a significant amount of personal items in a vehice fire atop Mount Washington in the early morning of July 24th.

This couple has had an extraordinarily difficult year, with health issues last summer leading to a two-month hospital stay and an extended recovery period, causing them to face both personal and financial difficulties. Now that they have begun getting on their feet again, they are faced with yet another tragic event. Of course we are all relieved that no one was injured in the vehicle fire that affected three vehicles. However, there are of course financial damages that will be difficult to recover from. Replacing the vehicle alone will be costly, not to mention the items that were in the vehicle.

One little Sunday adventure to climb Mount Washington has turned into an awful event that no one could have been prepared for. Please help us in supporting Lauren and Steve in an attempt to ease some of the stress and burden that has been placed on them. All funds will go directly to this couple. Thank you for your support.
