Unfortunately, earlier this year on the 17th of May, we lost our mother to Leukaemia after a 2 year battle with the terrible disease.

September is Blood Cancer Awareness Month and this year we want to collectively walk 1 Million steps to raise money for Laurel House in Antrim Area Hospital.

Our mother attended Laurel House regularly since her diagnosis and always spoke so highly of the unit and of all the dedicated and caring staff. Our family are also so grateful for the help and support they provided through these very tough times.
