Laura Figueroa Ware Compassion Fund

Our dear friend Laura and her husband of less than two years were met with tragedy last Sunday when they were in a horrible accident. Brian was killed and Laura was hospitalized  in South Dakota with considerable injuries. Laura was released from the hospital today after major surgery and is being escorted home to Seattle where  her sister will care for her.

Brian and Laura are two of the kindest, warmest people I've ever had the pleasure to call friends. Those of you who know them know how special they are.  This tragedy has hit their families and community of friends hard.

Laura could really use our help right now. If we could all pitch in a little bit, we can continue to raise money to help her offset the myriad of financial obligations she is going to have in the coming months. If you could give anything - and feel free to give anonymously  - it would mean so much.  As her good friends, we know this is something she will need to help relieve stress while she deeply grieves the loss of the love of her life .

Brian has two  precious children, so these funds can help with their needs as well.
