Laura's Road to Recovery Needs You

Hello! I really contemplated starting this GoFundMe, but my sister could definitely use some help!

As many of you know, Laura was hospitalized on January 3rd with Necrotizing Fasciitis. She was critically ill and still has a long road ahead of her. She spent 13 days in the hospital and had 4 surgeries, and just today was released and sent to a rehab facility to get strong enough to go home. We are not sure how long she will need to be there.

This is coming at a huge expense for her, and obviously very unexpected. Nobody is prepared for something like this. She only has herself to rely on to pay her bills. Her out-of-pocket maximum with her insurance is $6000. She has clearly exceeded that. She is also going to be off work for at least a month, if not longer. She has disability insurance, but it only pays 60% of her wages. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
