Laura's 18 Inch Journey: Phase 2 Fundraiser

Hello friends,

If this is your first time coming across my profile, my name is Laura. It is my joy and delight to share with you that I am spending the second half of 2024 fundraising toward Phase 2 of the 18 Inch Journey, hosted by Jonathan and Melissa Helser and the Cageless Birds!

Beginning January of 2025 and running through July, I will be a student of the Phase 2 18 Inch Journey, hosted by Jonathan and Melissa Helser and the Cageless Birds.

After participating in Phase 1 in the fall of 2022, the way I approach relationships and ministry has taken a 180. That season marked the beginning of learning to strip away religious jargon and pressures; leaning into what it means to truly rest in the 'unforced rhythms of grace'. It completely transformed the way I approach missional rhythms, allowing me to share the gospel in a way that has become complete overflow of my own work with the Lord instead of pressure to perform. But it was only the beginning and I'm hungry for more.

The total amount I'm aiming to raise is $12,000, with $700 of that raised by July 21st of this year, and the remaining $11,300 raised by January 7th 2025.

10% of all raised funds will be donated forward to other missionaries and ministries.

Beyond financial provision, your prayers are powerful, and much appreciated as I pursue wisdom, creative ideas, and provision over these coming months.

I'm excited for the stories and songs that will come from these next 13 months.
