My name is Terri Featherston I'm a very close friend of Laura Feaster. I know most of you know that laura has been fighting this fight for almost 6 1/2 year's. After numerous biopsies and over 40 deep tissue mammograms unfortunately laura was diagnosed with 2A Ductual Carcinoma before having a dbl mastectomy on September 14th 2021. Unfortunately she had cancer in her two of her lymph nodes which now she has to have radiation everyday in Tucson since thats where her team is at UMC Breast Cancer Center. She will be traveling 3600 miles in three weeks which is from her house to the hospital and back every single day except Saturday and Sundays. Her expenses are adding up and gas is so expensive and also some hotel stays. Robert is having to not work during the time he takes her up and back he is the main provider. They have supported legions benifits and other cancer benefits to help anyone out with need. I think its Laura's time for some help. With having to have radiation and one more surgery ( hopefully) laura is not able to work for months to come. Laura has had two surgical procedures already and will need more.
