Hi, my name is Lonnie and I am setting this up for my daughter Laura. Laura has been struggling with her eating disorder for 16 years.
Her first time in treatment was right after college. Her second time in treatment was last year (2016), which pretty much wiped out her financial resources. She is continuing treatment at a new facility this year (2017), and is working hard toward her goal of recovery.
Laura is focused on confronting her traumas and underlying negative core beliefs that led to, and have perpetuated, her eating disorder.
Her actual and expected expenses include:

$5,500 - deductable
$200 - travel to treatment facility
Monthly Expenses (expected to be the full year):
$416 - health insurance
$90 - car insurance
$75 - medications
$200 - lab work not covered by insurance
$300 - feeding tube
$400 - housing
$350 - food
$100 - misc (gas, laundry, etc.)
