Ron Blair’s (Laura’s Dad) house fire

Hi! My name is Savannah and I am trying to help our friend out! Her dad was in a fire last night and his house burnt down… He lost everything I will post her exact post below. Anything you can do would help!!!

Now that most all family is aware....my dad's house caught fire last night, it is a total loss. He was able to get out and call 911. He was stat flown to UC and is in the burn unit, third degree burns to his face, and 1st/2nd to some of his upper body. Details to come on prognosis and reconstructive surgery. He is awake, alert, able to talk. That's the jist, it's much more detailed of course.

I am overwhelmed with where to begin to say the least, he did not have house insurance, and will never live there again. We're assessing belongings today and boarding up the house best we can. I'm at a loss to see my dad hurt and childhood home destroyed.

To those who have reached out, thank you. Continued prayers are needed, long road ahead. I don't know where to go from here. It's day one.
