Laura Stewart’s Medical Expenses

Wow, this has been one wild journey, unique and full of beauty and of course pain. On behalf of Laura and her family, we wanted to extend the deepest heartfelt thank you to everyone who has sent messages, prayed over Laura's healing, or donated. She has expressed over and over how unexpected and meaningful your support has been. You are the reason that Laura is mentally thriving.

After the completion of Laura's last chemotherapy, she prepared for the first of two final surgeries. On Monday, Jan. 22nd, Laura underwent surgery that she struggled to wake up from. While she is recovering well now, the unexpected difficulties forced doctors to keep her at the hospital overnight.

Our dear friend, Laura Stewart, is setting out on a healing journey after a recent Breast Cancer diagnosis. We have created this fundraiser to provide a tangible and practical way for friends and family to assist Laura as she presses forward with beginning with surgery Tuesday, September 5th, and the advised medical protocol her team of doctors are advocating.

Laura is a strong and resilient soul, who is always there for others, offering her love and support unconditionally. Now, it is our turn to rally around her and provide the care and assistance she needs during this challenging journey for her and her family.

Laura is a gifted Artist and creator who depends on her ability to work on large scale installations and often travels for projects across the country. Since the Doctors discovered her cancer she has not been able to work to cover basic household expenses. The mounting medical bills, combined with the daily cost of living, have become overwhelming, impeding her focus on healing and recovery.
