It is with great grief that we share the sad news of the passing of 2 innocent siblings an 11 year old boy, Sebastian Gonzalez, and his 24 year old sister, Dairi Bustos. Their young lives were cut short due to a  brutal domestic violence situation that unfolded at the hands of their uncle. This occurred in Salem, Oregon on Monday, September 28, 2020.  Sebastian was loving, caring, and a quiet, gentle soul.  He was a great student whom everyone loved. Diari, the oldest sister was a responsible, fun, and outgoing young lady whose life was just beginning.

The mother of the 2 children, Laura Bustos, was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries from gunshot wounds she suffered during the hostage situation.  Laura is now left to care for her other 2 boys who will need a lot of therapy, her own medical issues, and a new place to live as they try to rebuild their lives.

The family wants to raise awareness to domestic violence and get the needed help for her 2 surviving children and Laura.  Unfortunately, the family was not prepared for this horrific situation and ask that you find it in your heart to donate.
