Laura Jumpp and horses need help after an accident

Hello! My name is Laura Jumpp and I am a horse trainer in Aiken, SC. I work with all kinds of horses but recently have been growing the number of Saddlebred Sport Horses in my barn.  Riding and training have always been my passion and my devotion to rescues and giving back has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life.
Unfortunately on January 3rd while riding my favorite horse we had a freak accident and I broke my leg. It is a complicated multiple break compound fracture and I need to be serious about keeping the surgical sites clean which means no riding, no feeding, no moving. For us in the horse world we know that means I’m going to need to hire help.
This go fund me while some may go to my medical care, is being set up with my horses in mind. There are 9 in my care and I don’t want their quality of life to change at all regardless of my status.
I will know more in 2 weeks but it looks like no weight bearing for 8 weeks.
