Laura Isela De La Hoya

Passed away on October 7th 2025 in Roswell NM.

She was born on October 12th 1967 to Francisco and Delfina De La Hoya.

Laura dedicated 22 years to Eastern New Mexico University Roswell helping students with financial aid and the Gear Up program.

She left a void in so many lives. She had a way to make anyone around her feel special. We will remember her smile and laughter forever.

She’s away but will always be a wonderful part of all the special memories that will live forever in your heart.

Laura is survived by her parents Delfina and Francisco De La Hoya. Her only sister: Adriana Martinez. Her children: Maribel Quiñonez (Alberto Quinñonez-spouse), Jesus Ochoa (Maegen Ochoa-spouse), David Ochoa, Adrianne Ortiz, Hugo Ortiz. Her grandchildren: Jaysin Ochoa, Alberto Damian Quiñonez, Zhymere Martinez and countless aunts, uncles, niece’s & nephews.
