Hi, my name is Laura, and I was diagnosed with stage 2 triple negative breast cancer. I have been undergoing an intensive six-treatment regimen of chemotherapy alongside immunotherapy. Following will be surgery, possible radiation and then another 6 months of treatment. Thankfully my cancer has been responding well to the therapy.

Anyone who has been on this journey, or knows someone who has, understands this affects the body, mind and spirit in many ways. The treatments have you battling so much more than the cancer itself leaving you with an array of side effects. It sucks. But I thank God every day to have found my cancer and to be alive. And I’m deeply grateful for the love and support of my husband, family, and friends who are helping me through this time.

I am here on GoFundMe asking for any support to make ends meet as one income isn’t enough. My career requires me to work very closely with the public and since my diagnosis I have stopped working. The medical bills and other expenses are piling up and now becoming very overwhelming.
