My name is Laura Jean Drayton Bowman. I am 40 years old. I have a husband and 3 young children ages 5, 7, and 10.  On December 29, 2017, I was diagnosed with stage 4 rectal cancer. The prognosis is poor with traditional medicine. Unfortunately, two years prior, my good friend was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma. In my drive and determination to help her, I did a lot of research. I watched videos and I read books that revealed more options about cancer treatments. I found that nutrition is a key ingredient to combat disease. At that time, I told myself that if I ever was diagnosed with cancer I didn’t want to receive only traditional treatment. I believe that along with the traditional treatment I will also benefit from alternative therapies. These are available outside of the states.
