Laura recently posted this on her Facebook page: "Received an awesome note from one of my daughters this week. Feeling inspirational after my double mastectomy, which was Tuesday. The Doctors are confident they were able remove all the cancer , but I have a long road to recovery. Thank you for all your prayers and words of inspiration, the support from my friends and family makes me smile every day and I am taking one day at a time. " Laura remains strong for her friends and her family, but she recently shared with me the additional fear that cancer has caused which is a HUGE Financial FEAR as she has learned the total due in medical bills and this amount is before the actual double mastectomy operation, she is terrified to see how big the bill is now!!
