Laura and Fred Holt Fire Recovery

As many of you now know, my truly wonderful parents, Fred and Laura Holt lost their home to the Marshall Fire this week. The outpouring of kindness and love has been nothing short of incredible, and everyone has asked what they are able to do to help them. I've set up this GoFundMe as a place for people to help them begin their journey of rebuilding.
Things to know about their situation.
- (Un)Fortunately my parents were out of town during the fire. This was both relieving and devastating as they were not able to save any of their most cherished belongings, such as family photo albums, heirlooms, etc.
- They are in the process of filing insurance claims, and getting set up with FEMA.
- They have very few clothes, and almost nothing else. (It will be a good excuse for my mother on why she looks "grubby" for a long time)
- They're in the process of putting the initial stones in place to move forward. Looking for housing, acquiring vehicles, etc.
- The outreach of family and friends has been extremely comforting, extremely welcome, and extremely heartwarming for everyone in our family.
- The estimated costs for their recovery are currently unknown.
- All donated funds will be put towards basic necessity items, and rebuilding their lives.
