Cancer CAN'T scare Mrs. A! SHE IS A TEACHER!

Laura Acevedo, better known as, "Mrs. A" has been my co-teacher for the past 2 years.

Mrs. A is uplifting, encouraging, consistent, and nurturing with our kiddos. She gives so much of herself, on a daily basis, for the betterment of our students.

Mrs. A is a daughter, sister, wife, mother of 5, bird/dog mommy, special education teacher, and friend.

Last week, Mrs. A found out that she has invasive breast cancer. In the near future, surgeries will take place and recoveries will be lengthy.

Co-pays and medical bills are going to add up, quickly.

Mrs. A  has enough to be stressed about: cancer, work, children, etc. We do NOT want her to have to also worry about how she is going to pay for her impending medical bills.  

In advance, we would like to THANK all of you for your support. Mrs. A deserves to rest her worries and concerns. She deserves to be able to focus on herself and her family, and not medical bills.
