I have always dreamed of becoming my own boss, and now I am taking the leap to launch my own business. Living in Southern California, I am inspired every day by the beautiful weather and my love for the outdoors. This passion has motivated me to create something special that brings people together and helps them reconnect with nature.
My idea is to build a business that rents out Ready To Camp (RTC) trailer units. I want to build five distinct units, each with its own unique theme. For example, one will feature 1980s camping gear with no technology, gas lanterns, and charcoal briquette grills. Another will be a 'Surf and Chill' camper, complete with surfboards, coolers, grills, and tents. I also plan to offer more tech-forward and luxury units, equipped with inflatable movie screens, projectors for movies under the stars, and even Starlink internet. These trailers are different from traditional travel trailers because they are not meant to be lived in, but set up next to your campsite. Each one will carry kitchen supplies and provide a ready-to-camp setup that can be towed by smaller SUVs like Honda CRVs and Toyota Rav4s.
Starting a business is both exciting and challenging. The funds I raise will go directly toward purchasing materials to build my first units, advertising to reach new customers, and covering essential expenses like insurance and inventory. Every contribution will help me take the next step toward making this dream a reality and building a business that reflects my values and love for the outdoors.
I would like to reach out to everyone who has fond memories of camping under the stars—if you want to relive those moments and share them with new generations, your support can make that possible. As a US Army veteran who served 7 years on active duty, I am committed to working hard and giving back to my community. Thank you for considering supporting my journey and helping me bring this vision to life.
