I’m starting this fundraiser because I have not been able to secure employment, and it has become harder and harder to keep up with everyday items and bills when the bills do not stop. More than anything, I need a way to support my family and create some income during a time when I have not been able to find work.

Right now, I have an opportunity to open an online boutique store, but I do not have the capital to purchase the merchandise I need to get started. I have already tested the platform with a much smaller inventory, and it is working, which gives me confidence that this is a real chance to build something sustainable for my family.

Funds from this fundraiser will go toward purchasing startup inventory for the store and potentially renting storage space to keep that inventory organized and ready to sell. Because I am not currently working, I have the time to focus on getting this business off the ground, but I need help taking that next step.
