All Things New Recovery Ministries – Men’s Recovery House Opening January 2026
Hi, our names are Elliott and Hannah, and we want to share a little of our story and the vision God has placed on our hearts.
Just about five years ago, we helped launch Way Maker Recovery Residences. My mom served as the founder and visionary, and together as a family we opened Hendricks County’s first recovery residence. During that season, we witnessed incredible transformation. Men found freedom from addiction through Jesus Christ, families were restored, and lives were truly changed. Many of those men are still sober today, walking with the Lord and living restored lives.
However, a few years into that journey, everything changed.
Due to my own relapse and being unfaithful to my wife, we stepped away from ministry entirely. I entered a long-term Christian recovery program, our marriage ended in divorce, and Hannah began her own difficult healing process. It was a season marked by deep brokenness, humility, and surrender.
But God was not finished.
Over the past three years, the Lord has restored my relationship with Him, restored our marriage, and restored our family. We have since welcomed a beautiful new baby, and our lives look completely different today. What we learned firsthand is that recovery is not just sobriety—it is a process of discipleship, accountability, healing, and transformation through Jesus Christ. The process was painful, refining, and life-changing, and we are forever grateful for it.
Since stepping away from Way Maker, our hearts have remained burdened for men on the west side of Indianapolis who need a safe, faith-based place to rebuild their lives. We prayed for years, trusting that if God ever opened the door again, we would walk through it with humility, wisdom, and obedience.
That door is now open.
We are excited to announce the launch of All Things New Recovery Ministries, a men’s recovery house opening in January 2026. We have been given the opportunity to take over an existing recovery residence west of Indianapolis. This includes assuming the home, furniture, beds, and infrastructure, while implementing a Christ-centered recovery and discipleship program rooted in accountability, structure, and hope.
This opportunity came in a way we could have never planned, only prayed for. After much counsel, prayer, and seeking the Lord, we know that saying YES is a step of faith we are called to take.
Our Goal
We are seeking to raise $20,000 to help cover:
Initial operating costs
Purchase of existing furniture and household items
Start-up expenses to open the home strong and stable
Every dollar raised will directly support the opening and sustainability of this recovery house and help provide men with a safe place to heal, grow, and encounter the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
How You Can Help
Pray for wisdom, provision, and the men who will live in the home
Give, if the Lord leads you
Share this fundraiser with others who may want to support this mission
We truly believe in the promise of 2 Corinthians 5:17:
“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, behold, all things have become new.”
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for prayerfully considering supporting All Things New Recovery Ministries.
With gratitude,
Elliott & Hannah
