As we celebrate this incredible milestone of earning a Master’s degree, we are equally excited to introduce a cause dear to our hearts—Graduate Ready, a youth enrichment initiative founded by twin brothers, Jamaal and Jamel Lee. Born out of a deep commitment to community uplift and educational equity, Graduate Ready is a startup program dedicated to helping first-generation and underserved youth—both educationally and economically—prepare for life beyond high school.

From their respective areas: Greater New Orleans, LA, and Holly Springs/Marshall County, MS, the Lee brothers are collaborating to recruit, mentor, and equip youth through comprehensive programming. The initiative's offerings include mentorship, academic advising, ACT/SAT prep, work-based learning experiences, college and career exploration, personal and social development, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship education.

Graduate Ready recognizes that every student’s path is different. Whether the goal is college, career training, or entering the workforce directly, our mission is to ensure that all students feel prepared, empowered, and confident in their next steps.
