They say the kitchen is the heart of the home. For me, the kitchen was the heart of my healing. As I celebrate 5 years of sobriety, I realize that food is my language of gratitude. It’s how I connect with people and how I serve others. Now, I want to take that service to the professional level. My goal is to launch a private chef business that doesn't just serve great food, but represents the power of second chances. I plan to eventually use my platform to hire and mentor others in recovery, showing them that the culinary arts can be a path to salvation.
Cooking is the passion that drives me forward every day. Whether I am making fresh pasta, practicing my “saucier” skills, or learning about the newest techniques to make a “cherry and vanilla gel”, perfection is mandatory in my standards. Freshly made from scratch; so you know exactly what you’re getting. Let me know if you have any questions.
