My best friend in the whole world lost the love of his life, his only daughter, to cancer! LaToya was diagnosed with cancer at a very young age. She fought for her life with sheer determination. Always with a smile on her face and a grateful heart! She wanted to live! Not just for herself but for her family…her children, her parents, and her ever so protective brother. But, God had other plans. She had suffered with unrelenting pain for too long. Her children had endured the pain of watching their mother suffer for too long. Her parents had lived with the unbearable pain of not being able to help their baby girl for too long. Her brother had to deal with the fact that he could no longer protect his sister for too long. So God called her home. She has been an Angel on Earth and now she is watching over all of those who knew and loved her. Her daughter just began her freshman year in college. She had only been gone for a week before her grandparents had to make that dreadful call.
If you recognize the man (her father) in this picture then you KNOW he would give anybody the shirt off of his back! If you know his wife, then you KNOW she has a heart of gold! If you know her brother, then you KNOW he will show up for you even if it means going without for himself. There is a long road ahead…granddaughter in college, grandson in high school, burial expenses, traveling expenses for their granddaughter, college tuition, and then life still happens during their pain and grief! Any and every amount will help! Clyde is a proud man, father, husband, and friend. He’s actually EVERYBODY’S best friend! He is typically the giver in any situation. As his BFF it only makes sense that I would do this on his behalf because I know he will not ask. But, I also know that there is a need. Please, I am begging you to please help me remove a portion of this burden so that he can continue to support his family in their moment of grief. If you’ve ever met Clyde, then you KNOW with absolute certainty that he is worthy!
