Loss of a Valued Colleague
LaToya was involved in a serious car accident resulting in a broken leg and fractured bones. While at home recovering from her injuries, LaToya experienced a blood clot that traveled to her heart and she passed away.
LaToya was a valued coworker/colleague who made a substantial contribution to the team and the department over the past four years. She was an amazing advocate for her members and her peers.
Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this sad time.
LaToya leaves behind three children and a precious grandchild, who she was able to visit last month. LaToya also leaves behind lots of friends & work families at UHC & Hopkins
Donations will help cover costs for LaToya's family travels and funeral services, along with the multitude of miscellaneous other expenses the family will encounter.
