Dear friends and colleagues of Latifa,

Most of us know Latifa Jdidou, our wonderful colleague and friend who works for the ICC Security & Safety Section. She used to welcome us, her colleagues and visitors with her beautiful smile when she worked at the ICC reception desk, before transitioning on to the Security Vetting Unit. She has been a friend and colleague to many of us. Latifa needs our help now. Latifa is living a parent’s worst nightmare; her 10 year old daughter was kidnapped by the father while she was on holiday.

We are working very hard with the Dutch authorities to bring her daughter back home, as soon as possible.

There are so many legal fees involved in order to make this happen, that we humbly ask for your support.

On behalf of Latifa’s family and friends, we would like to ask for your help in raising funds for Latifa’s daughter to be brought back to the Netherlands, to be brought back home to her mother.

Beste vrienden en collega's van Latifa,

De meesten van ons kennen Latifa Jdidou Bellarossi, onze geweldige collega en vriendin die werkt voor de ICC Security & Safety Section. Ze verwelkomde ons, haar collega's en bezoekers, met haar mooie glimlach toen ze nog bij de ICC-receptie werkte, voordat ze overstapte naar de Security Vetting Unit. Ze is een vriendin en collega voor velen van ons. Latifa heeft onze hulp nu hard nodig. Zij maakt de ergste nachtmerrie door die een ouder kan meemaken; haar 10-jarige dochter is ontvoerd door de vader terwijl ze op vakantie was.

We werken er samen met de Nederlandse autoriteiten hard aan om haar dochter zo snel mogelijk weer thuis te krijgen.

Er zijn zoveel juridische kosten aan verbonden om dit mogelijk te maken, dat we geen andere mogelijkheid zien dan om jullie steun te vragen.

Namens de familie en vrienden van Latifa willen we jullie hulp vragen om geld in te zamelen om de dochter van Latifa terug naar Nederland te brengen, terug naar huis naar haar moeder.
