Help with HSCT Stem Cell procedure

I have been fighting Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for over 13 years.

MS is an autoimmune disease that damages the protective covering around nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. This damage slows or blocks nerve signals, leading to a range of issues.

On the day I was diagnosed I sat in the parking lot of the hospital, I told myself “I’m going to do whatever I can to walk my daughters down the aisle on their wedding day.” I hoped that a cure for MS would be available by now.

I have been patiently waiting and undergoing various treatments for MS. Unfortunately, none of these approved treatments have worked. Currently I am confined to a wheelchair and have limited use of my left side.

There is however a procedure called Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT), this is the best option in my fight with MS.

HSCT is not approved by the FDA, which means my health insurance will not pay for it.

I am scheduled to travel to Monterrey, Mexico March 31st of 2025 to have the HSCT procedure performed.

The challenge I have is the financial costs associated with the procedure, recovery and travel. I have to pay for it 100% out-of-pocket as my insurance will cover none of it. As many of you know I have been unable to work due to the MS for the past 13 years.

I am not a big fan of asking for help, especially financial help. However HSCT is the BEST option to win my fight against MS.

As my MS gets worse, I do not want to be wondering what could have been if I had only received HSCT.

I am OK with me missing out on life adventures, but it is not fair to my daughters (Lyric & Melody).

Any way you can help would be greatly appreciated, whether it be financially or good vibes for me.
