Last Dying Wish and help with medical

In the past few years, my mom 61-year-old Yolanda George of Portland has had four heart attacks on top of other health problems. Doctors tell her she doesn't have much longer to live, and she is in need of a heart and kidney transplant inorder to survive. The doctors said right now they can only make her comfortable. I'm asking for help for my mom so that all 5 of her children, Grandchildren and Great Grand children will be able to see her before God calls her home. Your help will help us to fly out to our mom in Maine we are currently in Alabama, California, Tennessee, Maryland and Nevada. Also with shelter and food. Help her with medication and housing/bills
