Lasker Family of 6 displaced due to house fire
Donation protected
Around 4:30 am on Sunday May 16th my daughter Mandy Lasker, my son in law Benjamin Lasker and their children Makenna, Peyton, Harper and Conor along with their 2 German shepherds were abruptly waken up to a smoke filled home in Conway, South Carolina. 5 fire trucks finally were able to put out the flames but not until a tremendous amount of damage had been done. The house, their furniture and quite a few personal belongings are forever lost to the damage of fire, smoke, soot and chemicals and on top of that they are looking at not being able to be back in their home for 4-6 months. The Red Cross have put them into a hotel room that isn’t even big enough for them all to have beds for 3 days but after that they will need to find a furnished temporary location. The insurance company will be able to replace the home but their day to day living expenses for a family of 6 with animals will be astronomical, my son in law is their sole provider financially and will still have to keep making their house payment, provide food and clothing as well as pay rent on the new temporary location. We appreciate any help you can give and are hoping to help ease their financial burden with this go fund me page. Please keep them in your daily prayers.
