Be the saviour of Lasagna!

Hello, my name is Lasagna. I am Italian and I am 6 years old.
I was really ill, not eating anything with no diagnosis. I was held in Ralph Veterinary Referral Centre and Village Vet Hospital, Hampstead. Then they started to tube-feed me. But now I'm healthy! With your supports as well as a payment plan, my mom managed to pay around £10k bill. I DO NOT need your support anymore but since you are here, I'd like to talk about my story a little bit!
My favourite activities are showing off my best catwalk to neighbours on top of the garden fences and eating(of course) and running towards the door, while screaming all the way, to welcome Beren(my mom) home!
My mom was always saying that my voice reminds her of spring flowers! I love to put a smile on her face with my spring voice!

I was born in Italy.
But unfortunately I was abandoned by my first owner. One day I was just walking on the streets of Frosinone, all by myself and I heard a high-pitched voice. I immediately looked up to the source and I saw a familiar aura; I answered her back : meow!
She has been my current owner since that day. Don’t ask me how I knew she was the one, I just knew. I followed her with all my decisiveness, even though she was thinking of leaving me for my “real owner”, I didn’t let her do that.
All of a sudden a car stopped, it was when I heard her name for the first time: BEREN!
It was a friend of hers, going back home. She invited her to go to the pub before she went home. Beren said "yes," but "how about the cat?".
She said “ah take the cat, too!”.
That surprise Italian woman may be the reason that I am still with Beren because we bonded in the pub till the morning! I walked around, the bartender fed me tuna, he even inspired Beren to find my name: LASAGNA!
He was messing around with Beren, telling her “oh you found him in Italy, so you should give an Italian name like pasta, pizza, lasagna, gelato...” I remember that moment, her head was shining with the light of inspiration. But of course you humans cannot see it, we do.
She said “hang on, I like Lasagna”.
Beren turned back home with me that morning: the handsome Italian boy called Lasagna. Technically my name should be LasagnO because in Italian masculine names end with O, feminines with A. See, she was gender-free even 5 years ago! I’m proud of her.
She healed me following month. The pain I felt in my belly, which took all my energy away, was gone. Apparently you guys call it parasites.
I was fighting her feet every time she went to the bathroom. And sitting on her knees when she is in the toilet. Hehe. She was giggling to it a lot! She was also throwing bottle lids for me to catch, I was a good boy, I was bringing it back!

5 days before her departure from Italy to Turkey, she decided to take me with her. Because she tried so hard to find my first owner, I couldn’t tell her that I was abandoned. (She speaks terrible Italian by the way.) But I speak no language other than ‘meow’ or ‘purrr’ so who am I to judge?
We went to the doctor together, I did some magic to arrange all the documents including my passport in 4 days. She doesn’t know about this, she thinks all of them happened because she was brokenly explaining in Italian or Italian people are so lovely to help her.
No, it was me.
I took my first flight after a month since our first meeting. I was the easiest boy, just chilling on her lap. There was a handsome host in the plane, he was petting me saying “black devil, dirty devil” !
Yes I was black but not devil!
We spent 2 years in Turkey. I got to know her mother and brother. I did some love magic to them, too. It’s my mission to heal my loved ones! I even saved Beren from his psychopath ex-boyfriend once. (I sometimes telepathy to her. )
Then we moved to the UK during the pandemic. Everything was good until September.
I first felt like I need to pee very often. Then I started to throw up as well as diarrhoea. She took me to vet three times. Yet I felt like my energy was leaving my body.
I started to sleep very often, stopped eating completely.
3rd September, Sunday she heard me breathing noisily. We went to an emergency.
I was hospitalised as I couldn't eat anything for 2 weeks. Vets unfortunately couldn't find what was wrong. That’s why the process took so long, with loads of tests and scans which kept the bill increasing! I didn't have insurance that will cover this bills!

Beren couldn't work during the summer. They suggested her to put me to sleep if she can't pay. She didn't want that. She opened this page and many of you supported me generously! With the help of this fundraiser, the vets decided to keep treating me and I am alive thanks to your kind hearts!

My whole recovering process costed around £10k. You guys paid almost the half of it. How lucky I am to have this!
For the other half my mom manage to get some payment plan and finally it is all paid.

Thank you for everyone for caring about me and doing the best they can! I can't pay you back in money but I have ability to pay it back with my special cat-love-magic!
May my sacred cat love spell be onto you,
Make your life easier, more loveable, prosperous,
And full of kindness!

Big love,
Lasagna.
