Larry's Second Chance at Life

Hello, my name is Janna, and I am helping to raise funds for my brother, Larry VanHeertum.
On May 22nd, he was in a severe motorcycle accident. His bike went through the windshield of an oncoming car, catapulting him 220 feet through the air.
He's lucky to be alive, and the paramedics said it was a miracle he is. We are so blessed to have his team of angels and first responders on-site that day. He has a broken left foot and fibula, fractured right knee, road rash all over the right leg and arm, and stage two kidney failure.
Currently, his wife Kimberly is home taking care of him. She uses a wheelchair to get him outside daily for some fresh air. However, he can't do anything on his own quite yet. It will be about four months until he can return to work. Unfortunately, he doesn't have any insurance as he works for himself and his wife is a school teacher who is off for the summer.
During this challenging time, with incoming medical bills, the kids at home and taking care of Larry full time, they could use our support.
Thank you for reading, for sharing, and for contributing if you can.
