Wow! What an amazing show of support from the Cilley alumni! I am blown away by the leadership of this crew to get us off to a great start - almost $6k for Bailey. Larry's 30th reunion is happening now (5/3-5/5) here on campus. I am going to share this amazing story with as many as possible. Miss you Larry but we are going to celebrate your life together this weekend!

As you have probably heard by now, we lost our beloved Exeter classmate Larry Barksdale in 2023. I know Larry was impactful to a lot of us during our time at PEA. He is survived by his 6 year old daughter, Bailey. You can tell by her smile that she carries Larry's energy and spirit in this world. Larry was a giving person, truly living non sibi: his friendship, his laughter, his treasure, his care and his love. In an effort to give back a gift to Larry... as a gift to Bailey, we are starting this effort. We all know the power of education, and I think an education trust for Bailey would be the perfect gift to show our love. With this go fund me page I am asking for your support. No contribution is too small and I thank you in advance.

I want to assure you all as best I can that your contribution will impact Bailey in the best way. I have directly partnered with Larry's sister, Mindy. We will establish the terms of the trust/plan and ensure there is a trustee/administrator who will work in the best interests of Bailey's education.
