Larry Ikonomopoulos

Larry and his family need our help! Larry is fighting for his life and, at the time of typing this, is being flown to Iowa City where they will put him on ECMO life support ; this is truly their last hope to save Larry's life.  (UPDATE: Larry is at UW-Madison after Iowa City couldn't take him. This is a very steep uphill battle Larry has to climb.)

Larry contracted the coronavirus despite taking necessary precautions when opening his bar (means of income) and his health went from, "I have a slight cough," Larry stated via text on 7/1 to going on a ventilator less than five days later; tomorrow (Monday, July 27th) will mark three weeks.

Larry has helped so many in our community! Whether it's a fundraiser or giving financial support to someone pursuing their dreams, Larry was always willing to help however he could. Now it's our turn to return the favor.

Regardless of the outcome (please give him good vibes/thoughts/prayers that it is a positive one), Larry's family is going to have to deal with mounting medical bills, his mortgage, utility bills and taxes for the bar, etc.
