Retired LVMPD Captain Larry Burns passed away unexpectedly at the age of 61 on July 11, 2019. He leaves behind his wife Annie, seven children and five grandchildren.
Larry was the epitome of greatness. He made people feel important and touched the lives of so many in our community.
