Lark Crumpler Cancer Fighter

My beautiful friend Lark was recently diagnosed with breast cancer -- an aggressive and invasive ductal carcinoma, stage 2b. Thankfully, the doctors caught this early enough that she has an 80-95% chance of being cancer free after treatment. In November, she had a lumpectomy, and she is currently in the midst of 18 weeks of chemotherapy treatment. The doctor's said it is likely that she will be needing treatment until Fall of this year.

While fighting cancer is hard enough, Lark is also facing some serious financial difficulties. She does not qualify for CA state disability since her previous employer did not contribute, so she has had zero income since December 2016. She applied for Social Security disability, but that is a long shot that she do not expect to happen. She's found 4-5 different breast cancer agencies that can help with household and medical co-pay expenses. However, the application process takes several weeks, so it is a waiting game.

She is a single mother, who is basically taking care of all expenses on her own. Please contribute what you can to help Lark focus on her family, health, and recovery and take away the tremendous stress of this financial burden.
