Lareen Elaine Wade

Lareen Elaine Wade passed away on April 1st, 2022. She had a long battle with COPD, CHF, mental illness, and many other health ailments. Lareen was a funny, tough, independent thinking, and a say what's on your mind type of person. She gave her life to caring for patients throughout her nursing career. Her faith was simple, but she believed and believed that God looked after her. She prayed for everyone she loved every night, not once mentioning herself. Over the past six months, her health started declining. However, she still had so many fun, funny, and good times with her family.

She is survived by her children Sean Wade and Jaclyn Wade; her siblings Danny Baldwin and Evelyn Baldwin Waddell; her nephews and nieces Joe Baldwin, April Daniel, Micky Bracey, Jason Baldwin, Heather Holt, Dianna Raines, Wendi Waddell, William Wadell.

She is also survived by her granddaughters Morgan Priest, Marah Priest and Brittany Wade. These three beautiful young ladies were the apples of her eyes, and she loved no one more on this earth than them.

She is being cremated through Baker Rawls funeral home in Wakefield, VA. Her memorial service is private to family members. The family would appreciate any donations to help with funeral arrangements.
