Lani’s Big Fight

Hello friends and family from around the world. We are Shawna and Nazli - two best friends of Lani Zupkas-Gough. She’s come upon the battle of the ages as she was diagnosed with triple negative invasive ductal carcinoma, aka a really crappy kind of breast cancer, in May 2023. A devastating diagnosis for our red haired siren and her loving and devoted husband, David.

Lani, as many of you are well aware, has the biggest heart, a patient and kind spirit and a creative drive for life and art unmatched by most. She has spent her lifetime giving and supporting others and now is our chance to lift her up and love our friend in her time of need.

Lani is giving this battle everything she has which includes chemo, immunotherapy, surgeries and a ton of other required treatments, scans, pokes and prods. This will cost a fortune - a sum nobody would have at the drop of a dime. Consider this our rally cry for a gathering of friends and family to surround Lani with our love and healing.
