On the morning of February 3, 2019, I sustained a tri-malleolar fracture and dislocation of my ankle that later resulted in a CRPS diagnosis.
My life literally flipped upside down in a matter of seconds. Since that day, my days continue to be filled with pain, suffering, healing, and overwhelming love. I cannot thank my support system enough. Without my village, this condition would be unbearable. I have tried countless therapies and treatments, both allopathic and holistic.
