My name is Lane and I’m attempting to raise funds for my dad, Eddie De Leon, to cover medical costs and living expenses. Over the past year he has struggled with heart disease, prostate cancer, and lung issues. Yesterday 10/16 he was in a car accident that fractured 4 of his ribs and he is suffering from a collapsed lung and an aortic aneurysm, and will be in the ICU at UMC indefinitely.
