Lane’s Medical, Family & Celebration Of Life Fund

Hello!

It is with a sad heart that I share with everyone that my nephew, Lane, is experiencing an unexpected medical emergency. He has been at John Hopkins Children’s Center in critical condition since Friday 11/24/2023. What we thought was a typical illness of the flu has quickly escalated to much more. As you can imagine, our family has been overwhelmed with emotions.

Everyone who knows Lane would say he is usually the life of the party. You can typically find him drinking a milkshake, trying to convince someone to take him get a Caramel Frappe or you can find him dancing his heart out to whatever song is playing.

Lane has the absolute most infectious laugh, smile and personality that I have ever known.

Although he has Down syndrome he can always be found living his best life & making the world a better place by just being himself.

My sister (Lizz) & brother in law (John) along with the rest of our family have quickly made Lane & his siblings (Kira, Haven, Brantley) our top priority.

Please let us come together to provide the all the support that Lane & his family needs. As a friend, family member, even stranger, we hold the power to make an impact on their lives.

I have launched this fundraiser to stand by Nephew, my sister, my brother in law and my nieces.

Your contribution will not only provide immediate financial relief they desperately need, but also empower the family to navigate the long road ahead of them caring for his additional needs and their other children.

Together, we can all make a lasting impact on their lives by making a donation.

All donations will be helping with medical bills, the cost of the hotel rooms, food, gas, parking, supporting their other children and cover the cost of household bills to be able to be with Lane as much as possible over these next few critical weeks.
