Essential groundwork plea for Faith Animal Rescue

Want to join us in making a difference? We're raising money to benefit FAITH Animal Rescue, and any donation will help make an impact.  Our plan is to raise enough money to landscape on of our paddocks into a usable dual purpose animal paddock and car parking space for fundraising events.  Being right next to Hickling broad the water table sits very high and the slightest amount of rain floods out the paddock making it unusable for animals or car parking. We would like to get this fixed by laying drainage channels under a hardcore layer which would be covered with top soil and ground mesh to stop the grass being churned up. This will allow us to hold proper fundraising events to continue to generate much needed funds to keep the rescue up and running in these troubled times. The paddock has independent access and will allow us to hold public events with good social distancing which just isn't possible at the moment. Our dedicated small group of fundraisers have already raised over £10,000 towards this though the sales of hand made face masks (they really have been busy ladies!) which will be added to this fund as soon as possible so we have now got £10,000 to raise to make this a reality! It sounds like a lot of money to raise for the facility but we are loosing out on having to continually cancel public fundraisers due to the slightest bit of rain.
