Lands End to John O'Groats for Pawfection Rehoming
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Paul and I am a volunteer with Pawfection Rehoming. We are a non-profit organisation offering fostering and rehoming for dogs in and around Keighley, West Yorkshire.
In 2022, Pawfection Rehoming officially opened its doors towards making a better future for animals who need to find their forever homes.
We aim to be able to help every animal and owner who contacts us looking for help or advice, whether that's with rehoming, adopting or fostering.
More information on our services can be found on our website pawfectionrehoming.co.uk.
As part of several events planned for this year to raise much-needed funds, I am completing a virtual walk from Lands End to John O'Groats - a total of 874 miles.
I will walk daily for approximately 4 months and hope to finish the challenge on the day of our annual Dog Fest in June.
Currently, all rescue charities are facing unprecedented demand. We need your support now more than ever and promise every pound received by Pawfection Rehoming goes directly to supporting our cause.
The funds are used to pay for medical expenses, food, equipment, behavioural assessments, training and all other costs associated with caring for a dog.
Every pound donated matters.
£5 can pay for food for a whole week.
£10 can pay for microchipping.
£60 pays for vaccinations.
£300 covers the cost of neutering and spaying.
We care directly for long-term fosters such as Bruce (pictured above) who during a recent vet's visit is suspected of having lymphoma which is an incurable cancer. As a result, I am fostering Bruce with all costs being covered by Pawfection Rehoming.
