Landon Banner's Memorial Fund

Donation protected
My  sweet nephew, Landon, was born on a beautiful Spring night on May 14, 2005. He was born weighing just 1lb 7oz.

With the help of very skilled and knowledgeable doctors and nurses, he was able to come home after 9 long months in the NICU at Primary Children's Hospital.

Landon was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Spastic Quadripilegia and Seizure Disorder. He also has lived a beautiful life with no eyesight and no ability to communicate verbally.

Landon was given only a short amount of time to experience life, but was able to prove everyone wrong by making it past his 10th birthday! In these 10 years of life I have watched my parents (legal guardians and grandparents of Landon) adapt every last aspect of their lives. They have strived to provide the absolute best care as well as a phenomenal quality of life. If you've ever had the opportunity to see them in action, you would know that this little boy is their EVERYTHING. Landon has had such a beautiful life in which he has traveled on airplanes, visited the West and East coasts, been to Disneyworld, professional sports games, etc! His smile alone tells a beautiful life story.

I want to emphasize the care that my parents have provided for our sweet angel boy. For 10 years I have watched in awe at their ability to perfectly care for Landon. Whether it be through entertaining him with cuddles and tickles, singing along to our favorite songs, waking early to make sure he is the best dressed at school, staying up all night just to make sure he is sleeping soundly, and countless hours of Halloween Costume making- these are only small examples!

At this time, Landon's little body is getting very tired and he is in Hospice care. Our hearts break as the time draws near for him to return to our loving Heavenly Father. I am asking for assistance in covering Landon's memorial service costs- any remaining will be donated to Kauri Sue Hamilton School, Landon's school- which caters to special needs children. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read this. If you've met Landon, you know what a remarkable soul you've been blessed by.
