The family of Landen Jackson appreciate the outpouring of messages and love we’ve received since his accident Sunday evening. At this stage, we are still processing the tremendous loss while trying to navigate what comes next. How do you make plans for the next few days when you haven’t come to grips about the last few hours?

For those asking how they can help at this stage, three things come to mind:

1. Pictures. If you have any pictures of Landen, please share them here or with a friend or family member who can get them to his Aunt Amanda. We are starting to gather memories for his Celebration of Life.

2. A love offering towards Landen’s Celebration of Life. We are humbled by those who wish to help with the cost of his service. Though typically private and hesitant to receive such kindness, we realize to deny others the opportunity to bless also denies them the opportunity to feel joy. If we learned anything from Landen, we learned joy is one of the most

important feelings we can share.

3. Continued prayer. We covet prayers for our family, for Landen’s friends, for his teachers, and for those who crossed his path and got a laugh out of it. We also ask for continued prayers for Timmy, the other bike rider still fighting for his own life.
