Lance's Return to The CrossFit Games

For those that know us, welcome back to another chapter. For those who are new to who we are, welcome to our page.

My name is Kyle, brother to Lance (our number one autistic athlete) and coach when we aren't getting along. Lance has done great work over the past year and has qualified for The Adaptive CrossFit Games in the Intellectual Division.

This will be Lance's second trip to the CrossFit Games as a competitor. This time though *drumroll please* our adventure takes us to Las Vegas. This has been a huge accomplishment. Since last year's competition in San Antonio, TX, where Lance won, he is the only competitor from the podium to qualify for a return trip.

We are asking for donations to help make Lance's trip to Vegas possible. Compared to a normal athlete who could try to score a block room within the event hotel, we have already booked an Airbnb. This is to help Lance have a quiet, secluded place to decompress. Coverage on airline tickets for Coach and Athlete to prevent a two-day cross-country car trip prior to competition.

We will appreciate all the help and support as we approach nearly two months out from Lance's trip to Vegas. Soon we'll be starting 2-a-day sessions to help prep for the volume and challenges The Games will provide.

Just like last year, once we've reached our hopeful end goal, anything additionally contributed by the community will be split. Lance has decided this year he would like to split any additional donations with the Wausau Metro Special Olympics Program and our local Autism Society chapter, and the final third to provide Lance with some opportunity of activity in Vegas.
