We are friends of the Lancer family and are raising money to cover the cost of their medical bills related to a recent motorcyle accident.
A few days ago, Brian and his son, Cole, went for a motorcylce ride. Brian had a seizure while driving the bike and hit a tree. Cole was lucky enough to jump off the bike before impact, but he suffered a broken fibula and ankle. He will have surgery next week to repair his leg. Brian is currently in ICU at Duke Hospital. He broke his jaw and arm. He also had surgery to remove 39 inches of his bowel and is having surgery on his jaw today.
Both Brian and his wife work as nurses, caring for those in need. The family is incredibly compassionate and would do anything to lend a hand to someone in need. Now, they need our help. Medical bills are mounting and Brian will be out of work for sometime. Please give anything that you can. We hope to raise at least $5000 to help the Lancers through this traumatic event.
